Information for Businesses

  • To create a successful campaign celebrating Bath’s diverse food and drink offer to a national, international and local audience
  • To increase awareness of Bath restaurants among residents and visitors
  • To enhance Bath’s reputation for the best quality experiences across all types of establishments
  • To support business growth in the food and beverage sector

When a business uploads an offer to Bath Restaurant Week, a redemption code is requested. This must be something memorable that you can share with your staff.

Diners enter their email on the website to receive the code and offer details by email.

They present it when booking or on arrival, enjoy the discount, and leave with a positive experience—encouraging them to return in the future.

Any Bath BID Levy Payer hospitality business (restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, etc)

Participation in free for Bath BID Levy Payers. If you are not a Bath BID Levy Payer, there is a £150 admin charge to take part.

Upload your offer via the Bath Restaurant Week website.

Unique or creative offers (e.g. new menu items, cocktails, themed dishes) tend to attract more downloads.

The deadline for Bath Restaurant Week offers by 6th February 2026.

We will need the following information from you to upload your offer for Bath Restaurant Week:

  • Your business name and address
  • Contact details
  • Website link and/or booking link
  • Opening times
  • Description
  • Offer details include a full description, conditions and a redemption code
  • Photographs of your business, ideally at least 1000px in size and one of JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP format

You can upload more than one offer to the Bath Restaurant Week Website. You will just need to complete the form twice.

You can change your offer after it has been uploaded, preferably before the website goes live on 24th February. You will be sent a link to your offer before the website is live to check that you’re happy with it. Please be aware that if it has been active for some time, people may have downloaded the previous version of your offer and you will have to honour it.

We would prefer for your offer to run all week so that you can make the most of the marketing support that we can offer. However, you can stipulate specific dates for your offer if you would like to.

You can add stipulations to your offer – if you do, please make sure that they are clear and concise for Diners to understand what they are receiving when they book their meal.

We’ll handle the main promotion, but it helps if your staff and social channels highlight your participation. If you do make sure to tag @bathrestaurantweek on Instagram and we will reshare it.

Information for Diners

When you find an offer that you would like to use, just click on the offer and submit your email address. Make sure to check the availability dates and if there are any stipulations on the offer.

You will then receive an email with the details of the offer.

Present the email on arrival at the business or when booking and enjoy the discount.

Some offers may require reservations; check details on the website or contact the venue directly.

Not all of them. Make sure to check on the offer listing for availability dates.

Businesses co-invest in projects to improve the city’s vitality and viability through the Bath BID, making it the perfect network for this initiative. The BID has a well-recognised track record with the highly successful Bath Business Conference and ReBalance Bath Festival of Wellbeing, which are now in their fourth year and embedded into Bath’s annual calendar. Bath BID also runs the Welcome to Bath website and associated marketing channels, which are available to support the promotion of the week of activity.
