Whether it’s slow and smoky or fast and hot, cooking on a barbeque is a sure fire way to impart depth and flavour to your food. And who better to tell us how to cook on charcoal than Britain’s best-loved Michelin-starred chef, and local food hero, Tom Kerridge. So if the thought of green chilli slaw , miso prawn skewers and sticky-glazed chipolatas makes your mouth water, or if you want to learn how to be a barbeque pro without breaking sweat, join us for this special in conversation event.
